Implementation Case Studies

Fisher Langford Jones

Since 2006 ED Marketing has been Fisher Langford-Jones’ marketing department offering advice and creative ideas to help them express their soul. Fisher Langford-Jones is a comprehensive business planning firm specializing in areas such as strategic planning, organization development and evaluations. From the beginnings of the marketing plan through a customer survey, 10th Anniversary Party, a new visual identity and website (designed by Pure Vision) to a direct mail campaign and an extremely successful breakfast series – ED’s been there.

Engaging the ED Marketing team has been one of the best decisions we’ve made in our company. Their creativity, attention to detail and execution in promoting our company, has been pivotal in helping to move our company to the next level. It’s allowed us to focus on what we know and do best – serving our clients.

Lynne Fisher, Partner, Fisher Langford-Jones

InterCoast Sales – Website and direct mail content.

InterCoast’s President, John Riley, had a vision for his website. ED worked with him to create content for the site. ED helped bring his vision, of an effective content management site, to reality. ED also helped draft a direct-mail campaign to drive potential customers to his website.

Vet’s Sheet Metal – Brochure

Vet’s purchased a new machine that deserved a new brochure! ED provided design input and content editing.

Avante Guard Properties – Business cards

Avante Guard Properties was facing a time crunch—a conference in three weeks—and they needed a new, fresh look for their business cards. ED created a design with the colours they had in mind, and have the cards printed and in their suitcases in time for the conference!

Predictable Futures – Newsletter content

The Predictable Futures Business Family Centre helps family businesses through their succession process. In addition to offering expertise and experience working with family businesses, ED could strengthen the structure and flow of the newsletters and create original content.

SNS Developments – Brochure content

Rajinder Verma of SNS Developments came to ED with a very clear idea of what he wanted to say in his brochures. However, he came without the words to articulate it. ED stepped in to wordsmith so his content matched his vision.

CAFE Edmonton – Invitations and brochure

CAFE Edmonton approached ED with a defined idea and budget for their annual programming brochure and gala invitation. ED designed and coordinated the pieces on time and on budget.

Diversified Steel Products – Brochures

Although DSP is a well-established hitch manufacturer in Western Canada, their product promotional materials needed some attention. They had recently developed a new product, but they needed a take-away piece to spread the word among their new market. ED hired a photographer to capture the details, and translated them into technical specifications for a brochure that highlighted both the product and DSP’s high-quality production system.

“Ed Marketing has begun to give our company a whole new perceptive in
regards to our marketing needs. Although our company has been around since
1961, marketing was always considered an afterthought but in the competitive
and global markets we serve our approach has now been updated with a current
and refreshing look.”

Darlene Teske, President Diversified Steel Products
