Awards Unlimited – Customer survey (within a marketing plan)

Awards Unlimited was under the new management of entrepreneurs Keith and Terri, who wanted to learn the true thoughts of a select number of customers. ED created a short 10-question survey and spoke to customers by telephone. The process resulted in some new business for the new owners, better service to their existing customers, and some unanticipated profits!
